Jay's Wings N Thingz is a family-owned and operated mobile food establishment. Our owner and cook Jamar, is born and raised in Louisiana. When he moved to Idaho in 2019, he noticed the lack of authentic Southern soul food options in the area. Jamar decided he should bless the community with some of the flavors and foods that he grew up eating.
