Passport Adventure Program Explore & Win: The excitement begins on March 1st. Pick up a free passport at participating local businesses and embark on an exploration of Garden City. Grand Prize Drawing: Don't miss the chance to win incredible prizes at the Block Party, from staycation packages to local delicacies.
