The Idaho Black Community Alliance is thrilled to embark on an exciting new chapter with the launch of Treasure Valley Impact Day! This dynamic event is designed to bring our entire community together in a powerful celebration of diversity, service, and unity.

More than just an event, Treasure Valley Impact Day is a movement—an opportunity to connect, engage, and give back in meaningful ways. Attendees will experience an unforgettable day filled with:

• Live Entertainment & Cultural Performances
• Interactive Youth Activities
• Delicious Food, Retail & Non-Profit Vendors
• Educational, Health & Technology Sessions led by community and corporate leaders

Join us for a free, community-wide celebration where we come together to uplift, educate, and inspire. Let’s make history and create a lasting impact in the Treasure Valley!

Application Agreement:

By submitting this application to Treasure Valley Impact Day, you agree to pay the non-refundable application fee for consideration of your acceptance as a Vendor.

IF ACCEPTED - you commit to the requirements of a Treasure Valley Impact Day vendor, commit to the event as a vendor; and agree to submit applicable vendor fees (IN FULL) upon approval of the application.  

DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATION IF YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED TO THE DATE.

Refund Policy:

REFUND POLICY- If the event is postponed - vendors will move forward to the new dates no cost. In the event of forced cancellation - vendors will receive a 75% refund. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VENDOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER May 1/2025.

Vendor fees are due IN FULL by the time of acceptance at the event.  Failure to submit vendor fees will result in exclusion from the festival, and future festivals.

All vendors will be required to complete a vendor contract and follow all laws of the State of Idaho, including Idaho Tax Commission, Central District Health, Boise Fire Department and City of Boise requirements. Submission of this application constitutes commitment to the event date and agreement with all the provisions addressed within the application.
