Event Description

Welcome returning and future Soul Food Festival vendors.

Thank you for your interest in participating in this fantastic event and helping us bring the Black culture of fellowship, great food and family fun to the greater Treasure Valley community. Returning vendors complete application will have priority.

Vendor Checklist:

  • Complete Vendor Application form.
  • Download vendor agreement.
  • Applicable permits and licenses.

Vendor Fees:

  • Non Refundable vendor Application fee of $40 included in fees. Non Profit booths are exempt for application fee.
  • Food Truck - $545
  • Food Booth - $415
  • Food One Item - $265
  • Retail Booth - $265
  • Information Booth- $165
  • Non profit Booth - $125

Important Deadlines:

  • May 3, 2023, Completed Vendor application, payment and proof of insurance is due.
  • May 3, 2023, a $50 late fee will be added to the invoice. No exceptions.
